All around good experience. Straightforward new patient process. Friendly staff greeted me when I arrived. Went in to get a tooth repaired & filling replaced so was not a typical first visit but I am comfortable enough to book my next appt. His Dental Assistant Patricia is very pleasant and friendly. She took me back for an x-ray then engaged in conversation until Dr. Parks was ready. Dr. Parks introduced himself, very important, and after checking things out, he promptly went to work, explaining what he was about to do at each step. He and Patricia work well together as a team, so the process seemed to move along at a good pace, and not drag on. Both reminded me repeatedly to let them know if there was any pain or discomfort. All around good dental experience.

We have tried several dentists in and around Hopkinton, and after several years of experimenting I have found Dr Park to be the best. Here's why - Dr Park spends time with his patients to ensure all you questions are answered. His hygienists are very through and most importantly very friendly. (They are not condescending and rude like some other Hopkinton dentist hygienists - (ie- The Dentist at Hopkinton)) Most importantly Dr. Park provides an emergency number to contact him out of hours. My wife recently had crown work at another dentist, (Dentaquest) and it fell out after two days - She called Dentaquest Friday afternoon, and no one answered their phone, nor did they provide an emergency number. Calling Dr. Park and he scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. Now that's what I call service! Don't under estimate the importance of an emergency line. When you need it, that becomes the most important aspect of service - unless you enjoy pain!
