Terrible place. Can never get anyone on the phone. They faxed my MRI authorization to the wrong place and I have been trying to get in touch with them for 2 hours to get it resolved and keep getting hung up on.... If I wasn't so invested with time with these people I would go to another place. If you are starting out fresh pick a different office of specialist. This place will only waste your time and energy.

I had a 9:00 AM appointment with Dr. Wood on August 27th. At about 9:15 I was taken to an examination room by a person who apparently thought I could not see her. She called each turn through the hallways as we moved : "We turn right, and right again, now we go left . . ." etc. At 10:10, I walked out of the examination room. The doctor had not been in to examine me, and no one had come down to tell me that the doctor was running late or any such thing. I had made an 11:00 appointment with a client, as the doctor had spent less than two minutes with me on my last appointment (a PA or NP had spent three to five minutes), I figured that an hour and fifteen minutes was long enough to allow. I told the receptionist that I had to leave. She asked if I wanted to make another appointment. No apology, no explanation. It's been two weeks and no one has contacted me: no apology, no explanation. As in the line from Seinfeld: You're OK at making the reservation (appointment), you just don't quite have keeping the reservation right". Where else can you go, get charged $400.00 for 2 minutes and get treated like crap? The arrogance is amazing. They are so much better than me that they need not consider my needs at all.
