Horrible experience at the store! Customer service completely killed it! I asked for a particular order in the fabrics division. Harmony took my order along with attaching my name and number to the merchandise they were going to order for me, Harmony tells me to call back and speak to Denise. So I call back and no one knows who Denise is and my name and number was no where to be found. This was back in October. Harmony said the order would be in December 12th. Guess what? No one knew what I was talking about! Meanwhile, the fabric was for choir gowns and they didn't seem to care. I called and called and was left on hold on several different occasions. I had to hang up and call back. I hate to pull the race card but that's what it felt like!
