Not great. I prefer Price Chopper with their gas discounts, card incentives, more sweepstakes and contests. BIG Y tends to have higher prices, gimmicks with their coin programs which are cumbersome. The Bottle return policy at BIG Y not as good as Price Chopper. I would go to BIG Y in a pitch, it's closer, but major grocery shopping is better at Price Chopper or Hannford's for that matter.
