Had gone there for years but came to my senses and got a Costco membership and will never look back. Ditto the reviews here about horrible customer service at this Sam's, but you get what you pay for; which is surly, no-give-$hit employees. Plus, the place is an un-kept dump. Not hard to find expired dates on perishable foods, or fresh produce that has obviously gone bad and has no business being out. Or the missing pricing signs; or the damaged merchandise on display, or the merchandise on display for which there is no in-store stock (for months); on and on it goes. My favorite: partially eaten food from one isle that someone opened, then tucked away in another isle -- a routine sighting at this place. They don't even have dividers for the grocery belts at checkout supposedly because they were continually getting ripped off!! How ghett0 can you get?!!

everyone needs more customer service and not have a face like they don't want to be there as far as the cashiers are concerned. Be happy you have a job.

The staff needs lot of training on work ethics and customer service. They act like we disturb them big time by coming to this site. Always nasty. lacking in knowledge as well as skills to perform their job. one thing common in all employees"not willing to work" I think it's the selection criteria for this location.

Always long lines @ ck out counters. staff are not helpful.
