This practice is absolutely amazing. The staff is the nicest staff I have ever met in the medical field. They are always so friendly and professional. It is actually enjoyable to pay them a visit. The doctor and assistants are on top of their game. I first brought my son to him and now I see him myself. Dr Hao really cares for his patients. He doesn't treat you as though you are just a number but takes time with his patients and personalizes each treatment based on the individual. I plan on returning to this practice when my 2 daughters are ready to start their treatment plans. I highly recommend them and I don't think anyone will be disappointed.

Dr. Hao is awesome! My 10 year old sees him now for her braces and he is professional and seems to have a passion for his work. He has completely changed my daughter's mouth. I saw results within a month and she feels so much better about herself.

Dr. Hao just rocks! He totally understands what it is to be a parent and doesn't try and rob you blind with dental work. He has worked with us in explaining the whole procedure, warned us against getting caught up in 'trendy' orthodontic procedures that don't truly correct the teeth for the long term and talks TO the kids not DOWN to the kids. He remembers what it was to be a teenager and relates to them so well. And he also believes that kids should take ownership for their teeth and be held responsible for the care and outcome as much as the parent. He also takes into consideration the financial pressures that we parents face and was able to work with me, being a single parent, on finding a payment plan that will be in my budget and require me to pay interest. Dr. Hao is great! He is sincere and his office staff are so kind. They are truly happy people and I never hear any of them say bad words about anyone within earshot of the children or parents. They are professional but not stuffy.

Dr. Hao is an exceptional orthodontist. From the moment that I was initially evaluated to my follow-up visits once my braces were off, he had my best interest in mind. I knew that Dr. Hao did not see me as just another patient; he took the time to build a relationship with me as a patient and to provide me with quality orthodontic care. His perfectionism gave me an amazing new smile. At the point that I thought my teeth looked good, Dr. Hao did not stop; he wanted to make sure that my teeth looked better than just "good."
