The staff were both knowledgeable and friendly when I called to book an appointment, got me in quickly, and made the process easy. At my appointment, I found out I needed to see a speech pathologist to address my issues, not an audiologist. Not only did Dr. Cohen not charge me for the visit, she helped me find someone who could do the testing I needed and help me find solutions. I appreciate that she made sure I got the help I needed, even if it was sending me somewhere else. I would come back for any hearing-related issues I have in the future.
