Rite Aid Pharmacy
Reviews
Please do not support this pharmacy. Over our wedding week we had three different groups have problems with the pharmacist Arthur at Rite Aid. He and the two other older workers with him (I say this not to be an ageist but as that was how it was described to me by front of house management) get incredibly flustered when there is more then two prescriptions to be filled. They were incredibly rude to each of us on multiple days so I see this is not just a "bad day" type of situation. Arthur could not read one of my scripts that was faxed over so berated my best friend who I had sent to pick it up (mind you we did not fax it to him) and swore he could not read it. He filled it anyhow (?!?!) and then when I contacted him the next day to say it was not for the correct number he was rude again as was he when I walked in on Monday. He in fact printed out the fax and threw it across the counter at me- although he had already received a cleaned up version of the fax on Saturday. Still trying to make his point I guess. To make a very long story short this is not a professional organization, cost me three times what it does at home and come to find out three times more expensive then Community Pharmacy which is in the next parking lot. Owned by locals to the area. Who charge fair prices. Who treat their customers well. Please support the local pharmacy for your prescription needs in Blue Hill. The retail section of Rite Aid seems to be in great shape but please do not support such business practices in the back, especially when there is a much better option truly in the next parking lot inside of Tradewinds Grocery Store.
