The people here were insensitive and I never want to do business with them again. A woman working in the pharmacy called my doctor to ask her about one of my medications. She was batting my name around like a football and discussing my private health issues and body parts like I was a piece of livestock right in front of any customer in ear shot. There is no excuse for this and my medications and health problems are clearly not the business of any client who happens to be in the general area. Even though this ignorant behavior does not violate HIPAA it still is a rape of my private space. No pharmacist or any other health worker should be openly discussing a patients genitals in a public room. It was creepy and I am never coming back here.
