Friendly and really incompetent. Limited skill plus overbooked staff means your child might have braces on for 5.5 years or more, even with minor treatment need! The practice could not straighten our child's upper teeth in the time promised. First braces on for 2.5 years, then she needed second round for 2.5 more years. But after 2.5 years on Round 2 child still has braces. From 6-9th grade? Why? Deadline extended for taking them off 5 times. Continual disappointment. Often we've waited 9 weeks for next appointment, slowing the process. Staff blames YOU for the long wait between appointments, never their overbooked schedule. Too many patients, too little attention. Instead of billing for actual services provided, you pay one fee, meaning they may take forever on your child's care. Braces on for 3 years straight is too long, however attractive the waiting room is. And then there is the matter of the visit: our child often waited in lobby 30 mins, then in chair 20-30 min, then received 5-6 mins of "care." After you pay in full by 18 months you're stuck. Teeth now worse than six months ago, no fault of the patient, or family, who may be told the office has "no idea" when the patient's braces may be removed.
