Each and every visit to Eric Caccamo has been a wonderful one. Starts with the front office staff and assistants, all the way to meeting with the doctor. I've had many correct diagnosis over my years. Doctor Caccamo also knows when best to refer to a specialist, for this I'm very thankful for. That one decision made this past year was appreciated by myself and all my family. Each appointment made here has always been on time or within 5-10 minutes. I do hope all looking for necessary family care, have the opportunity to meet Eric as I have. He's a wonderful person with heart and a very friendly support staff.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are kind caring and take the time to really talk to there patients. The instantly greet me and my husband when we go in, and when I asked to be called by my nickname, they did instantly, and always remembered to there after. They go out of there to help you get what you need to get. I am sad that I am leaving this state, b/c Dr. Caccamo and his staff are the best their is in this portion of ME.

Just called, trying to get their fax # to send them a release form. Turns out their hours for receiving "incoming calls", as their message puts it, are rare and brief. They do not accept voicemails, so I couldn't leave my name and # for them to call back and let our office know their fax #. Also, I don't think I've ever heard anyone talk as fast as the person giving that message!
