The person writing the previous note was delinquent for two years. Only payment received was minimal. The balance was ignored. 6000 patient files would show a different attitude toward the doctor. The writer before was angry because he did not honor his bills.

The worst chiropractor I've ever been to. A complete quack. He offers general "feel good" advice with absolutely no real benefit. Save your money and find one elsewhere. He's equally incompetent in the day-to-day running of his business: He turned me into a collection agency because he didn't file the paperwork with my insurance correctly. After hours of back-and-forth with all parties, he discovered he had actually already been paid. A disgrace to chiropractors everywhere.
