Everyone makes you feel very comfortable and ask if you need anything, very homey feeling.
I can't say enough about Dr. Grimm and his staff. I have found them courteous, helpful and professional. Dr. Grimm has treated my dental issues gently and successfully (better than any dentist I've been to in the past). He always took the time to communicate, answer questions, and address my anxieties. His office went out of the way to schedule me in on the same day when I was experiencing pain due to dental work I had done at a previous office, even though Dr. Grimm's schedule was full. Dr. Grimm has become my dentist of choice and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a caring, invested, gentle and trustworthy dentist!
My son has seen Dr. Grimm several times for different dental issues. I appreciated him at first. He took the time to take care of a tooth that needed immediate attention, being on medicaid this was hard to get a dentist to do. However, I did not like that I the mom was made to feel like an intruder when attempting to check on my child. I also did not like having to pay for the mouth piece for the gas, I have never heard of this before and treatment could not happen without it. We had an hour(Hour and a half after the move) drive to make it up to this office from where we live. I do have to say that it is my or our fault for being late most times, but even if only by a short while, they would not treat my son. Or, they would make the apt to see him since a tooth the dr. had worked on was bothering him- but they would not treat it the same day. The gas and time I wasted going up to this office was ridiculous! When my son had dental work done and was sent home with pain meds and given an emergency number incase of problems, we quickly found out that the emergency number means NOTHING! One of his children answer the call, take a message and call you back to let you know nothing can be done. On one occasion, we were told(Coming from over an hour away), that if we were one minute late, my son would not be seen. Today, we were not late, we were in Brighton, having spent the time and gas to get there- only to be told they had to cancel our appointment, and supposedly made a call we miraculously never received. I am so disappointed in Dr. Grimm. To leave a child in such pain with a tooth that HE worked on(Filled it, turned out it needed a root canal). Even with us right there, having driven an hour and a half, they would not see us. Not one call, one voice mail prior to. Just an empty tank of gas, an a Son in extreme pain.
