The whole staff (except for a nurse with short hair) was so rude and awful!!!!! Been there 2 times and both times was almost sent away! First time they didn't think they accepted my insurance (Blue Care Network) and the second time they didn't want to treat my 2 year old with a 103 fever!!! The nurse gave me an attitude for asking if there was a long wait, then the dr ( who looks like she hasn't taken a shower or brushed her hair in a week who speaks barely any English) came in and reprimanded me!!!!! Telling me im sorry you had to wait and I know your mad but I had someone with chest pains and they are more important then your daughter with a fever! I tried to explain that I wasn't upset that we had to wait and she yelled at me again! WORSE STAFF WORSE DR AND EVEN WORSE BED SIDE MANNER I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!

This is the urgent care choice for my entire family.I have been there three times from sprain ankle to bladder infection. The doctors are always very kind and professional. We have never waited for more than five minutes in the wainting name. This urgent care is our best kept secret
