Horrible - Alexa is great, the rest of the office needs to be fired. Cannot get the paperwork correct, cannot get your appointment correct; and dont miss an appointment you will get the third degree like your a child. The one thing they are good at is taking your money. Like the time I had to pay 700.00 plus for 4 cavities because Alexa was out on medical and the doctors they brought in were not covered by the insurance because you guessed it, the office did not process the paperwork. I will never return and I will never recommend. If I could give a negative rating I would. Alexa needs to revamp the attitudes of her employees and remember the consumer owes you nothing, but the general attitude is I owe by arriving at your establishment. Focus more on work/people and a little less on the after party.

Dr Vitek is excellent. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone. Everyone is friendly and the office is comfortable. My kids even like going!
