Eye therapy may very well be an effective treatment. However, this clinic does not provide adequate therapy. The ET clinic is located in the storage room, equipment is antiquated/appeared home-made, was literally falling apart while I was trying to use it; they didn't have new consumables - they tried to use filthy/dirty used eye patches on me while I was in therapy (gross!), the interns that provide the treatments did not appear in my opinion to be qualified to conduct the therapy, the therapy computer was visibly dirty and not functioning property ... I have been trying to get a refund for 3 months and they are still trying to bill me for services not received because they want advanced "contract" pricing for multiple visits before you actually experience the service. Bottom line, if eye therapy is prescribed to you, in my opinion you should save yourself the frustration - go elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience with Eaton Rapids Eye Care, P.C. The doctors and staff were very friendly and knowledgable, have a great product selection and competitive prices. I highly recommend this practice.
