Today I had the worst experience and it is not the first time. I had to return a toy car that I bought for my son for $69.99 but it turned not to be good but I didn't have my receipt with me at that time so at the customer service desk, they said they will only give me $44 because I had no receipt. I told them to go back to my membership and look it up with my purchases, they also refused to do that. They called the manager for me who was Chris and he had the worst attitude as well and refused to return it for full price or look it up in my purchases until I called corporate on him then he said no problem i'll do it. The worst experience ever.
I have never (since the store opened) had a good experience there. Either the lines are long, help is extremely rude, and none of the employees seem to know what they are doing nor anything regarding the merchancdise that is sold in the store. Today I waited in line at customer service for 25 minutes to get a temporary card, because I left mine at home. There were 2 people waiting for assistance. One was almost in tears with her little son....she was there for over 30 minutes (and this was her second trip there this morning for help!). The lady waitin in line with me finally got up to the counter - but then she was waiting for someone else to come help. I left!! My husband and I were so fed up. I will NEVER go back to the Farmnington Hills store again!!!
i go to costco and i go to sam's huge deference even the manager at sam's don't help . i called 10 times i wanna ask for product no body answer i drove 13 miles to check on this product no body care over there very bad club the wixom one is good the employe very friendly and kind
I purchased an open item TV at the canton sams club and wanted to take it back to farmington hills because it was closer to my house, I explained my situation to the customer service rep, and she made me take it back to the store where I bought it from, the store where I bought it from said I could of taken it back at the farmington hills store. the customer service rep was just being lazy.
The store is run very well! Great Manager!
