Suzette Sanchez, D.O., Dermatology, P.C.
Reviews
Dr. Sanchez may very well be a very competent physician. Her "bedside" manner however could be friendlier and more compassionate
I did not have a good experience in this office. I had a spot on my arm that she completely overlooked; I had to specifically point it out to her and she was not concerned. I also has a small growth on my leg that she said was up to me to have it removed as it was purely cosmetic. I had her remove it. When the lab results came back the cells were pre-melanoma cells, so she wanted me to come back so she could remove the rest of it. I switched to another provider. That physician looked at my arm and said he was certain it was skin cancer, and to go ahead and schedule the appt to remove it while we waited on the biopsy results. (It was cancer.) The new provider also commented that the growth on my leg should never have been removed the way it was because it messed up the cellular pattern the lab was trying to analyze.
Dr. Sanchez is an extremely knowledgeable dermatologist. She is friendly and willing to help, and knows what is best for your skin. I've been going to her for several years and would highly recommend her to anyone who has any skin issues, big or small.
Far and away the worst, least caring doctor I have had the misfortune to visit. I got about 2 minutes of her time, during which she seemed irritated to see me for that long. She looked at my problem from no closer that 4 feet away, said "don't touch it or scratch it", although she could not tell me what the rash on my face was. No prescription or recommendation even for any kind of treatment. I promptly was billed $118 for that "professional" visit, and when I called to make the payment I was told "you don't have a balance with us". Of course I got billed again, so apparently they did in fact want my money. Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time with this individual.
The visit went poorly, in and out fast. Didn't really want to discuss any options and or treatment. Left in tears :(
