Walmart Supercenter

Very dirty store. There are some good employees that are very helpful and customer oriented. Then there are a few employees who are rude and lazy. The bakery dept. and the shoe dep. are a real mess most of the time (I shop there on a average of 3 times a week). The pharmacy is very good, friendly and efficient. Get rid of the week links, there are an abundance of unemployed people in this area of Michigan. This being said, I think the personal department can afford to be a little more choosy.
HORRIBLE TIRE CENTER!!!!! They sent me out on the road in a snow storm without bringing to my knowledge that my new tires were leaking air!! So their excuse was it was the pressure sensors, so they removed my tire pressure sensors and said they were bad and that the valves were leaking air. My brand new tires went flat from them not sealing the rim! We told them that our old tires never had problems before and they told us that we don't know what were talking about even though I had to take my car back to the car dealer and explain to him what happened and he said they should have NEVER removed the tire sensors at ALL!!!! That was not the problem!!!! You can remove a valve stem without having to remove the sensors. Now I have to pay an extra $50.00 to have my sensors remounted!!!! Do NOT take your vehicle to the Walmart Tire Center in Ionia, Michigan!!!! You GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! "FYI these tires were made in the USA"
Auto Service center. Over 2 hours to get tires installed... with no other customers. They messed up one of the lug nuts and asked if it was OK. DUH!! HELL NO!! You broke it, fix it. They didn't have the tools to get it off. I have that at home, but they don't at a "professional" shop? I went out after they finally finished to see they never installed new valve stems, but they charged me for them. I went back to complain and was told, "Oh, we are out of stock on those." Like that makes it OK for them to still charge me for them. Besides, how is a tire shop out of stock on a basic item? I went to the store section and grabbed a package off the shelf and tossed them at the manager.
I had a wonderful experience with the pharmacy. Thay have taken more than enough time to work with my kids father to get their scripts filled. My insurance compnay had changed cards and I was not aware of the change and they were going to charge the full amount for the scripts. Their dad called me adn the pharmacist walked me through the process and helped me to get the correct information and was very helpful in getting me the correct numbers and ended up just having to pay the co-pay.
