When I came in for my first session at Prostaff I almost cried in relief... although they confirmed that heat was the best answer at the moment, they sat down and explained why and how my mussels worked and helped me understand what I could do to recover faster and what the course the pain and tightness would take. They also let me know how to tell when the would be able to help me as time progressed. Both the therapist I worked with were incredibly knowledgeable and professional but also kind! I had had a terribly tight muscle in my neck for almost a week that actually had me incapacitated. I had been to another physical therapist but they just sort of said there was nothing they could do but put heat on it and laid me on a heat pad and went and talked laughed and talked with other staff while I was laying there in pain with no idea of when it would end!
