Paid up front for charges and brought my three kids and wife. They told me later that they didn't charge me enough after a month of bringing my family. So I offered to make them my primary care. When I spoke to the accountant she said that they were not taking any new patients, even though the office said I could. They were just worried about getting extra money out of me.
