Just left the store. I was in there with my two friends after getting chinese. We were gonna get some snacks but walked around for a little while first. The manager followed us around doing a terrible job of not looking suspicious. Then one of the employees approached my friend and told him "don't do it bro." He continued by accusing us of stealing. Hey Tom's, if you think someone is stealing you say, "can i help you find something?" That way you don't insult legitimate customers. Then, my buddy calls them to speak with a manager and the guy who was following us answers and refuses to apologize. Thanks Tom's

toms a dick. steve is a dick. and john is a dick. I dont know tom's son in the "do it center" side, but he should be running the bussiness. Think his name is DAVE. He knows what customer service is. prices are too high. Only go there if I dont want to drive to lansing or grand ledge.

I guess when you're the only grocery store for 15 miles you can afford to maintain management members that are rude, arrogant, disinterested and bullies. There is a manger named Brian; 40ish bald with a constant scowl. We have, over the past several years, seen him bully not only employees but customers as well. With all the people that are clamoring for jobs, it's a puzzle as to why this neanderthal still has a position. It's no wonder this store has such a huge employee turnover.
