Awful customer service. after being in severe pain, and trying to find a foot doctor that accepted my insurance, i was referred to them. I called, and the desk lady tells me, no they dont take my insurance. I simply told her i was new to the area, and dont really know of anywhere else to call, other than the places i called already, all of whom told me this place would take my insurance. She tells me , No i cant tell you that. I said why not? You wont service me anyways because of my insurance, its not like i have a choice of going there or not, you wont accept me" she told me, that she wouldnt give me that information, and hung up. Really? AWFUL customer service. Glad im not going here.

I was referred to Dr. Duncan by my family doctor for hip replacement surgery. She was very receptive to all of my questions and left me feeling like I knew what to expect from my surgery. She performed the surgery on 9/20/2010 and I have been very happy so far.
