Arrived at store at 710 pm. Needed assistance to locate certain item. not a sales associate inside until we left at 750 pm. this was in just about every department went to customer service to alleviate problem. Spoke to to gentleman wearing suits and ties with no avail. Gentleman gave many excuses why no sales persons were available. My opinion is shop elsewhere

Their automotive department leaves a lot to be desired. As I write this message I've just limped into the Battle Creek Walmart Auto Department from I94. Three Rivers Walmart replaced my tires and the first time I applied the brakes to slow down from a high speed the steering wheel began to shake violently. 12hrs ago my car ran fine. Battle Creek discovered my tires were NOT balanced as my reciept stated. Two back tires were inflated to 30psi as they should be.... However the front tires were inflated to 25psi on the driver's side and 50psi on the passenger side!!!!! The reciept shows all were checked and at 30psi when I checked out. I hope my travels are safe from here on out. I will not return and would caution people to ask ask ask and check check check if they choice to use this department. Never had issue with the shopping sections of the store.

go there everyday spending money and the have the nerve to complain about me bring my diaper bag in.
