Four of us went here for help to stop smoking. They explained to us why it works. Then they did the procedure. We felt nothing but a slight thumping in our ears. Kind of like a soft tapping. Anyways, we had all smoked for 35+ years. We weren't sure it would work. The procedure was done in 30 minutes. They gave us a cinnamon stick for the hand to mouth habit. None of us wanted a cigarette. We went back the next day for a booster, but we were all smoke free after we left the first day. No withdraws, no side affects.
