Been there a handful of times over the past 2 years with the kids and all. Some of the "older" receptionists are snooty and just plain rude.

Called to see if my daughter could be seen, and was told, "we don't really have any appointments available for new patients." I told her I was not sure if she had been to this particular clinic, she may have, but normally goes to the CentraCare Clinic in St. Cloud. She told me that I could take her there then. Tried to tell her I could not make it there with my work schedule as it was a 45 minute drive. Woman who answered the phone was rude, and no help.
