My family of four (2 adults, 2 children) has been going to Hugo Dental Care for nearly 10 years. I believe we have nothing but positive things to say about them. Sure, everyone has a bad day now and again and sometimes you get a staff person hired that does not fit your practice, but the staff that has been regularly in place all these years has been nothing but friendly, courteous and helpful. The only negative thing I would have to say is that in the last couple of years, they have gotten a bit more aggressive about their billing, and automatically add interest charges to payments over 30 days. We used to just pay our balance (whatever the insurance did not cover) on the next visit, but that costs to do now. If you need a dentist in the area, you should feeel confident going to this one. :)

I recently moved to the Hugo area and have visited this dental office twice. The dental hygienists (I have seen Justin and Anne) are friendly and Justin in particular seemed very knowledgeable and he put me at ease by explaining everything he was going to do. There are two dentists on site, but I have only seen the female dentist and I found her to be very pleasant. I am very happy with the service I have received here and will continue to go here for all my dental needs!

I love this office! The docs and staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable! I will keep going back to them!
