My recommendation is be sure you have good insurance before going to Apple Tree Dental. Their stated purpose is to help special needs patients - which they do - as well as low-income patients. Unfortunately, as soon as a low-income patient loses their insurance they'll get a phone call like I did (the day before an appointment) and just like that your appointment is cancelled and you're no longer considered a patient. They claim to help people with a variety of disabilities - including financial disability - but they don't. To give people hope and then take it away when they hit a bad patch is cruel.
