Team: I’m extremely happy with the following frames/glasses I ordered this past early March: -Prescription/reading glasses “Etnia Barcelona” and “Tom Ford” -Sunglasses “Persol” Excellent Quality, Sophisticated, Classic, and Elegant, but yet Stylish! Since I’ve been wearing them, I always receive compliments. My special thanks and a shout out to Joe for providing excellent service, your doctor, and to the rest of your attentive, well trained, dedicated, and talented staff. In regards to the 2010 review by Sue - we did not own the store then and Monique is no longer employed there. Hopefully Sue will give us another chance to prove our service upgrade! In regards to the review by Kelli: kelli--- Thank you for contacting us - if you were only able to pick from a certain selection of frames for your son, it could have only been because of the type of insurance that you have. Our team never forces any type of purchase on a customer. If your son had to wait that long to have his glasses replaced, then you should register a complaint with the State insurance program that you are most likely referencing - we have no control over their service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The doctors are good, but the customer services are so rude, disrespectful and dishonest. I decided not to give them a chance and take my business elsewhere.
Pearle Vision Maple Grove is great. I recently had an eye exam and contact fitting to renew my RX and the doctor was great (Dr. Rowe). She was friendly and explained the changes in contact lens tech since my last RX and set me off with a trial pair of new more breathable contacts. No high pressure sales to buy the contact from the right then and there and all the staff was helpful.
Love the doctor that did my kids eye exam but the rest of the staff is crap. Was forced to pick a pair of frames for my son that we didn't like. Then he broke them and we where told it would be 2 week wait on the frames. It now 6 weeks later and we are still waiting on his frames.
