My son needed his teeth fixed...they got him in within only a couple days...fixed them nicely...really comfortable waiting area with soft sofa and TV..very nice staff including the person at the desk! Also, yummy coffee in the waiting area.

Can't rate the dentist, just her staff. My children and I sat in the office reception area for 15 minutes waiting for my daughter's first appointment with this practice, only to overhear the receptionist making a call to try fill my daughter's appointment from their wait list! She was claiming we were a no show. We were the only people in the reception area the entire time we were there waiting, no one else came or left. I have to wonder, who did she think we were? She ignored us as we stood at the desk for a few minutes upon arrival, as she was on the phone. When it became apparant the phone call would not be ending anytime soon, we hung up our coats and simply waited for her to call my daughter up. As we continued to wait, I thought they were simply running late, but, no, this woman instead must have thought we were vagabonds wandering randomly in off the street to get warm, and couldn't be there for an appointment. Not once did she openly acknowledge us until I interrupted her phone call and spoke up loudly that we WERE her ten o'clock appointment, and we WERE NOT a no show. I wasted my time, two gallons of gas getting there and back, and unneeded frustration on this foolishness after already waiting several weeks just to get a routine cleaning appointment. The receptionist gave as an excuse that she had to take and make all of those phone calls. Are you kidding me? We walked out. Perhaps they have their own undisclosed office protocol - you chould call the receptionist from your cell phone when you arrive, it may be the only way to get any service and to avoid her from trying to give your appointment to someone else.

A very nice experience. They all did great work! The office is comfortable and the staff is professional and considerate.
