FYI, If one of the psychologist at Sioux trails mental health center ask you to release your medical record, telling you that they need it in case you ever want medication, (as they did me, and I did not want medication) find another mental health clinic. Psychologists can not prescribe medication, only a doctor of medicine or psychiatry can prescribe medication. I also suggest that you report them to the better business bureau and the board of psychiatry. this is fraudulent behavior and is also unethical, and a violation of your privacy. also why would you trust a psychologist who lies to you with either your medical or mental health information.
