I received a large post card advertisement in the mail aimed at getting new patients. I am a senior with Medicare and UCare but I cannot afford the extra money to get dental coverage. This post card stated that for only $1, I could get xrays, and exam and teeth cleaning or teeth whitening. I am blessed with good teeth, but it's been a year since I had my teeth cleaned. I jumped at the offer. When I called for my appointment, I mentioned that I had received a post card and I thought it was such a good deal for a dollar. No one said, "You know, that only covers the xrays and the exam, don't you?" So, today, I show up for my appointment at 0730, fill out patient history (but why did they need my Social Security number?) and put the post card and dollar bill on the counter. That's when the employee, Patti, said, "You'll need $75 more to have your teeth cleaned. The $1 just covers the xrays and exam." I wish I had saved the post card. At worst, this business is fraudulent. At best, they are misleading.

First time patient on April 1st. The dentist and hygenists are personable, VERY gentle and they have up to date digital equipment. I am very impressed with their work, they take the time to make sure everything is covered and all questions answered. Kudos!
