The people all have learned me by name and the staff is professional and courteous

I live in GA and traveled to MN for vacation. I had called the week before my trip to coordinate getting a RX filled. The drug isn't always on the shelf so they most pharmacies order it as needed. I was told they wouldn't order the drug until the RX was called in and it would take a day...OK, I was cool with that. Fast forward to the next week, RX gets called in and they then say they won't get it for 2 days. Due to special and well known parameters of this drug I had to have the RX filled in 24hrs not 48. I still wasn't upset because they said one thing on the phone and then another in person. What made very upset, was hoe I was treated by Gary the pharmacist. He was rude and unhelpful in helping me identify another pharmacy to go to. I explained I was not from MN and had no idea where any other pharmacies were. He just rolled his eyes and told me to head to the next own over. I then asked if he had any place there he would recommend, I am not from here and have no idea how big the town is, i.e. the pharmacies there could get something delivered next day. Another roll of his eyes and says, "there are several there walmart, walgreens." We I finally got to the other place...an hour drive away (its was the Walgreens in Bemidji) right next door was another White Drug. Gary couldn't even recommend another White Drug store.

I am also from out of state and I have had nothing but helpful service from the folks there. Given my son is on a scheduled controlled drug and we are out of state I wasn't sure the rules and regulations but they were VERY helpful about how we could go about getting his script filled and taken care of. Super service!
