Placed an order online for in-store pickup 6 hours ago. I called once & she put me on hold for 11 mins before I finally hungup. & now I have called over 15 times to see if it's ready or not, & no one will answer. Very Aggravated!
THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! NOT SURE WHY ITS OPEN THERE IS NOTHING IN IT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. ....... CRICKETS THAT DOESN'T EXIST AT THIS LOCATION PERIOD! !!! HATE IT
Cashiers don't care if they wait on you, to busy joking and visiting with other employees to pay attention to what they doing. Bought 1 shirt and was charged for 3, bought 2 night gowns, buy 1 get 1 40% off, was charged full price for both. Had to go to customer service to get money back. Received money for overcharged of 2 shirts but not for price of nightgown. Had to ask for that money, she used a calculator to figure what discount would be and came up with half of what it should have been. So I got less than 20% off. I would not recommend this store to anyone. The 4 customers in front of me also had issues. I should have just left my stuff and went down the road to Wal-Mart, maybe their employees are better.
The store appears to run on a skeleton crew. There is almost nobody there for help, the ones that are could care less about helping customers, and the store was a mess. I even asked the one person I did find if the store was going out of business or something. The registers were having issues and the cashiers would just walk off without any notice. To top it off, the item I wanted was several dollars higher than Target or WalMart.
I've never been in a store where the employees are more unwilling to point you in the right direction. They are rude about almost every question you ask them, and act as if the customers are there to serve them. They are rude and lazy. They made me so angry, this is one of the few stores I've actually walked out of without getting what I came for.
