I've never been impressed with the staff of this center, I have never had any problems with the Dr. tho so since I only really have to deal with appt. annually to get my contact lens I have continued to use the center. Last week I made an appt at this vision center. Due to an critical family matter I was unable to make it. I called the center to reschedule, the new time they had avail was not the best for my situation but since I had to wait days for the first avail. I told them that I may not be able to make it and she said that she would hold it tentative. When I called the office to ask for a later time that it was not going to be able to work she refused to schedule me another appointment, said that because I was a no show I was walk in only and may not be able to be seen. She blamed this all on the DR. I have never had good customer service at this location. The receptionists always act like you are disturbing them from standing around and doing nothing. They are rude, and generally unpleasant. If you add the fact that they move at a snails pace to the list really there is no convenience to using them. I'm done with them.
