This place is very unprofessional. The counselors are ALWAYS late, if they choose to show up. Sometimes you will get calls at 8am cancelling your 8:00am appointment, when you're sitting in the lobby. Other times, you will miss work for your appointment, only to find out that your counselor is not able to see you. There is NO respect for HIPAA and privacy. Records are often left out on the counter. This information is sensitive and should be locked up. Basically, this place is unprofessional, and I would not suggest it to anyone.
