I find the staff and doctors at LifeSmile Dental Care to be kind patient and understanding, I am afraid of the dentist and the staff their made me comfortable. I just loved the hygienist at the office. I can not thank them enough I have a beautiful smile and highly recommend them to any one.

I have been a patient at LifeSmile since I was a little girl and have grown up with them. The entire staff is wonderful and always greets me with a smile and asks about my family. I really feel as if they care about me and I enjoy visiting them twice a year for my regular visits. My husband now goes to them as well and we love it. We plan on being patients for a long time!

Who ever heard of a company charging fees to its clients/customers for missed appointments? Well apparently LifeSmile Dental thinks that it can. It charges $30 for a missed appointments, not only that, the office mails you a ‘nasty gram’ stating how “They applaud your effort” for maintaining your dental health, but since you missed an appointment they will be charging you $30 for the missed appointment. My solution was to find a new dentist. I refused to pay my, my husband’s, and my son’s “missed appointment fees” and now LifeSmile is sending us to collections. I had been going to this dentist since my son got his first tooth, he is 14 now. I have poured tons of money into this business because I believed in their dentists and its practice. I am completely appalled at the way they have treated us.

I must say I finally chose the right dental office. From my 1st experience with Stacy who answered the phone, to showing up and being greeted by the girls at the counter, meeting Dr. Blake and Jamie and then Michelle went over everything with me. My last stop I was greeted by a pleasant person who took my co pay. My treatment has all been done promptly and I love my new smile. This is a true family oriented business... Thanks
