It was a good thing I went to Dr. Klein. Thank you for taking good care of my teeth.

Dr. Klein was recommended to my family by some friends. My family of 3 have been to him a few times. Although, I will not return. On each visit I found his desk person to be rude and presumptuous. On one occasion we paid cash the other times we used insurance. On my last visit Dr. Klein was very agitated and aggressive. He hurt me during the cleaning and I raised my hand, he was extremely rude and even raised his voice at me. My husband was in the chair next to me and witnessed the episode and told me after I left the Dr. was horrible to the next lady too. By the time he got to my husband he had calmed down. Must have had a bad morning. I will find another Dentist just the same.
