Super over-booked place. Prepare to wait and wait and then wait more. I've been there 6 times during July - November 2014. Average waiting time is about 3 hours. That is including 1 + hr in the patient room. If your appt at 3.30 you will not be seen before 5.30. Doctor will be busy to listen to you. Average time he can see you is 3-5 minutes. Then all you communicate is through nurses. After a few visits with such delays, they told me that they (doctors, nurses, x-ray lady) all over-booked on a daily basis. Unfortunately, as a result of all this I had to simply walk away with stitches still in my skin, never been seen post surgery. While you wait, front desk, financial, RNs will pack up and go home. When I normally leave after this long time, there's one evening shift lady left and janitors starting to clean the place. Tells you the story. Again, all in all, I respect the doctors, well and some nurses, but office manager needs to be fired. When I asked who's really in charge there, all I got is old classic finger -pointing. Therefore, one star.
This practice gives terrible service. I have been to this facility twice and each time I have had to wait for an hour before they took me back to a room to see a doctor. Then I ended up waiting another 30 minutes to see the doctor who seems to be too busy to listen to why I came in, in the first place. I was at this facility at 3:20 PM and didn't end up leaving until 6:00 PM. The nurse and doctor even FORGOT I was still in the back waiting room. The doctors and nurses were about to go home for the night when a nurse was double checking each room. If you need to go see an Orthopedic doctor I recommend going somewhere else. I was not the only person who was upset due to the long wait time! When they give you an appointment time show up at least 30 minutes late because the doctors always do!
Dr. Harper was our orthodontist for several (4+) years and for two teenagers. We found him to be knowledgeable, competent, approachable, and fun. And we found his staff to be the same way. In fact, we felt like we were visiting friends more than we were "going to the doctor." Everyone was friendly and eager to offer excellent service. Our treatment plans were effective (the girls have beautiful teeth now) but not terribly uncomfortable (there wasn't an unreasonable amount of mouth pain). And his rates were on par with the norm, if not better. We have two more children who will someday need orthodontics. Without question, Dr. Harper will be our orthodontist for them, too.
