this is not a good facility if you are a black person. I was always treated with no respect by the staff and administration. when i wanted to go to another nursing home. Liberty Terrace Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center administrators made sure to call every facility in the surrounding area to black ball me they even planted drugs in my room just to get me to leave they had me admitted to liberty hospital for a mental evaluation with no cause and when i refused to go the called the police and they hand cuffed me to the gurney. mind you im a stroke victim that cant walk confined to a wheelchair.
