Zero out of 5. Dr. Qualley misdiagnosed basal cell cancer on my nose, which caused me to have 3 rounds of Mohs surgery and reconstructive surgery 1 year later. I asked her to cover the costs of the surgeries that my insurance didn't cover and she refused. Terrible doctor, terrible customer service and just all out horrible. Don't trust Dr. Qualley.

I have had several appointments with Dr. Qualley and each time am in the waiting room longer than I am in the office. Dr. Qualley seems to rush through appointments and I did not feel comfortable asking additional questions.
