I waited for 40 minutes in the waiting room only to have them tell me i was fine even though i was not... Second time this has happened. Don't go here

This office is very discouraging! I've been going there as a patient for a few years and have never had a pleasant experience. The front desk is cold and unfeeling. Never once have I been asked how I am or greeted in a friendly manner. I do however notice the front desk treats the male patients that come in more friendly. The nurses are just as cold and unfriendly. I'm always asked "What are you here for?" as if I have inconvienced them. As my vitals are taken, they never tell me the results. I have to ask. It's very disheartening. I love the nurse practitioner that I see, but she is the only one. It's time for me to find another office.

Great place, good dr.'s. And they seem to get you right in even with same day appointments.
