Management. Good service excellent customer service, previously I would call and place an order to the deli department for some smoke Turkey legs with no problem's then weeks later I would call again and a female that would answer the phone to take my order informs me that they didn't have any the truck hasn't made a delivery, okay the next week I called I could tell by voice that it was the same girl tells me that we're short of people and that there were no Turkey legs cooked, then by the end of the week I call, which again same girl tells me still that we're short of people and we didn't have time to go look for them which already I've been calling for three weeks now and still same drama from same girl... therefore I called back to speak to the store manager which so happened to be Ms. Linda, I informed her about the situation and therefore after a couple of hours later once I arrived Ms Linda had some smoke Turkey legs available waiting on me. Thanks Ms Linda that's what I call real customer service which truly I was a satisfied customer therefore I will be going back and advised other people to do so as well.
