Walmart Supercenter

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Wal-Mart. I was on a road trip back home (Florida) from Chicago with two friends and we ended up needing a tire. We went to the Wal-Mart in Madison Mississippi and we purchased a new tire. They took 3 WHOLE hours to change one tire. The BRAND NEW $100 to put on tire went flat 20 miles up the road. My crew discovered that the Wal-Mart product wasn't damaged but was flat due to the irresponsibility of the Mississippi Wal-mart employees. The problem wasn't the tire, it was a 20$ air pressure censor. So we paid a Benjamin when we should have paid a Jackson. They didn't have the mechanical intelligence to figure out it was an air pressure censor. Then we didn't even need a new tire... anyways. After putting us on hold for hours we were finally able to speak to someone about the situation... (how long does it take to talk to one of these managers?) They told us to come in the morning because there shop had closed. They changed our tire around 5:40pm and they closed at 6:00pm. We think they just tried to get out of work as quick as possible and ended up doing a tacky job. They changed the tire and then on the way back to our hotel (that we had to purchase due it being Sunday in the Delta and No other tire places were open and you guys failed to realize the problem was the tire air pressure so we couldn't continue to our destination.) our spare tire was missing from the back so we had to drive back to the Wal-Mart. All of this was a nightmare......never again
The worst customer service known to man, we came in with a tire that was suppose to be bad , when really it was the tire value but the greeter in the tire center acts like he a certified tire tec, we purchased a new tire which cost over 100 dollars , it was late we drove 20 miles and our tire starts to loose air , we call over 4 times with waits average 20 mins to get a manager on the phone. After that happen tire place is closed , now we had to spend money to rent a hotel room.next morning the same greeter does not speak to us but has time to critics are last 24 hrs with the real tire tech. Then after they fix the tire we drive off and the clowns forget to put back our factory spare tire so we drove back 10 miles to finally get our spare... it felt like a bad dream wow #Walmartsucks never again will I even visit a walmart tire center , customer care sucks and the local tire team is lazy and does not pay attention to detail!
