My visit there was great. I didn't wait long to be seen and the whole process with exam and getting my teeth pulled was quick and painless. I received a great deal on getting my wisdom tooth pulled along with another tooth. I was giving great advice on what not to do until my mouth heals and on when it is the best time to take the medication during the healing process.( which was before I start to heal) I didn't have any pain during the healing process. The only discomfort I had was trying to keep from spitting. LOL.

The atmosphere in the dental office is very homey--everyone is so friendly. The hygienist and the dentist were very thorough and my dental visit was an extremely pleasant experience. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful.

Personally I am terrified to go to the dentist for any reason and therefore I usually postpone it as long as possible. After my appointment with Southaven Dental Care I won't wait until I'm in pain to visit the dentist ever again. It was a great experience from the minute I walked through the door. The receptionist was very friendly and gave the office a homey feeling that I haven't experienced in the past. They have an play area for kids, which I think is genius! Kelly, their hygienist and Dr. Dean were very friendly and patient with me. They definitely helped me get over my fear of the dreaded dental visit. I have had three appointments now and each time the staff has been very friendly and always smiling. Even though my wait time has never been long, I've enjoyed talking with other patients. It's amazing the knowledge you gain about other cultures at the dentist!! I would definitely recommend their office!!

My experiences at the southaven dental care was the best that i ever had. The staffs there has the best service and a way of making you feel comforable. I was so nervous but the dentist talk to me and made me feel relax. The staff there is great and the service is the best i have ever had out of the 5 states i lived in.

I have been a patient at Southaven Dental Care for two years, and I found Dr. Umfress and his staff to be professional, skilled and friendly. The dental hygienist was dedicated and knowledgeable during my office visits. She generally cared about my oral health, and offered informed suggestions for my overall dental care. Dr. Umfress was very informative on my different procedures, and he communicated well with his assistant, as they worked as a team. Also, I noticed the entire office worked as a team which reflected a positive and pleasant atmosphere.
