Went in for a eye examination for eye glasses and contacts. Was not given documentation for my contact prescription. I called to get it faxed or emailed so I could order contacts but the secretary informed me they do not give out contact prescriptions. Well what are we paying for??? So I had to pay for another eye exam at another optometrist so that I could order my contacts. Thanks for wasting my time and money and proving how completely incompetent your business is.
