Although this wouldn't hold up in court, Dr. Tescione gave off "bad vibes" from the start. But I stayed through the "exam..." While the Dr. was checking for cavities with some new technological device that which he referred to as "expensive" upon my remark on how I've never seen such a thing, a hygienist came in to inform him of a disobedient patient. Apparently a young boy refused to take some pills or some drug (I have no clue what they were for, though I am as curious as the situation). The dentist got all worked up over it, addressed the hygienist rudely, and I am not fooling you, he said something like, "do you know how much that cost" in reference to the drug in question. I was there for a cleaning and check up, but after finding a bunch of cavities with his magic machine and poking my gums a few times, he declared that I have gingivitis and that I would need an (expensive ;) treatment before he would do the regular cleaning. I paid for that appointment and will NEVER go back. A second opinion has revealed that I DO NOT have gingivitis, nor did I have as many cavities as detected by the gadget.
