I called my local wal-mart and asked to be transferred to the vision department. The customer service associate connected me to the wrong person. That wrong person transferred me to another incorrect number. The phone just rang and rang. I eventually hung up and "googled" the Vision Center number. I called that number and it just rang and rang for 10 minutes. I hung up and called again 15 minutes later. The phone just rang and rang again for 15 minutes I was on hold. I could not even ask about eye exam prices or make an appointment if I had wanted to. This was all during regular business hours. Horrible and non-existent customer service. I do not recommend Wal-Mart to anybody for anything. I took my business elsewhere.
