My husband and I have gone to this office for over 10 years while it was run by Dr. Benjamin and Dr. Gudger. We dearly loved them. Unfortunately with Dr. Benjamin passing the office was sold to a different dental group. We continued to go there but have had some major issues. We have been told that insurance was contacted on things and our portion was this amount only to find out later that insurance was not contacted. They used old information that they had gotten in 2012 and never contacted our insurance company. Then all of a sudden we owe the whole amount. It is just not a very professionally run office. You should not be told that the insurance company was contacted when it was not.
