My name is Lisa Mace. I've had 4 root canals and 2 crowns in the past month or so. Dr. Greg is AMAZING!!!! This has been the best dental practice since moving here from Charlotte 4 years ago. The level of care is top notch and Dr. Greg's expertise and compassion at following through with my issues and treatment plan has been second to none. All the staff members are equally amazing. No pain = happy dental patient! And I appreciate the very relaxed and fun atmosphere you provide. Thank you, thank you!

Awesome!!! As usual.:):) I have to say, staff is ALWAYS very pleasant and helpful. Always smiling but not overly done. My husband is very picky about all that and he feels the same way!! Dr. Is not pushing u into doing things that he probably could. Nice happy-medium. PERFECT! We're both very happy! Highly recommend so far. Going for crown and root canal down the road.:):) I'll give more feedback after that. Thanks Coastal Cosmetic!!!

On these reviews you're going to read over and over again how the dentists and their staff are professional, friendly, experienced, capable, empathetic and efficient. It's true. They also have a positive working environment with the latest equipment and technology that translates to the best of dental services. It may appear that their price structure is a little higher than others, but there's never an issue with the quality of service nor having them stand behind their work and fix something at no charge, if needed. Also, if there's an administrative or cost problem, they want you to tell them so that they can try to fix it. I've been going to them for just two years and every visit goes very well. I appreciate Kelly and her quest for me to have healthy teeth and that every dentist makes sure that there isn't a problem on the horizon. They may make recommendations for additional procedures, but don't press. But when one of them says, "I really need to fix this," I trust him and get it done. I also appreciate when they donate their time and services to benefit the community. I've never run across another dental practice that does this.

The service is great, and since I don't care very much for dental work that's really saying something. But, their service fees are exorbitant and a la carte which makes them even more expensive. The service fees are the only reason I didn't give this dental office a five star review. If you want great dental care without worrying about price, then this dental office meets your needs.

What a wonderful experience. In these days of poor customer service, it was refreshing to feel valued as a patient the moment I walked in the door. The entire process was very efficient and timely. Dr. Miller and his assistant (Nicole I think) explained everything to me in layman's terms. I left the office with a confident feeling that I had received the best care and diagnosis for my dental needs. If you are suffering from TMJ, I highly recommend this practice.
